Expansion Joint for general piping

Please use this joint for protection piping by absorbing expansion and/or displacement under relatively low temperature, 200 degree (Celsius) or less.

1.Selection of model
Considering shape of piping (Round, Rectangular, and others), face-to face distance, rate of expansion and displacement, kinds of flowing liquids, temperature, pressure, etc., we present suitable model and specification to you.
2.Installation of sleeve
In order to prevent wear or damages to Bellows due to inside flowing liquid　including sludge, dewatering cake, powder, dusts, etc., we recommend installation of Sleeve. We also present suitable installation of Sleeve based on your operating conditions.
3.Selection of bellows or jabara
In the case that you need much expansion and/or displacement, we present Jabara with ring in order to absorb them.

Expansion Joint

We present Expansion joint in order to absorb expansion and displacement of piping by heat at many kinds of plants, incineration plant, water treatment, etc.
As plants handling hot inside liquid, 200 degree Celsius or more, such as burning furnace, we present specification, materials of body, thickness of heat insulator, necessity of castable refractories, etc. to meet the operation conditions.

Structure of Expansion joint

Basic structures of Expansion joints are as follow ;

  • ①Purpose of this model is the same as the above
  • ②Sleeve is needed if there is possibility to be occurred to wear or any damages of Body due to inside fulid.

  • ①In the case of high temperature inside fluid including dust and special installating direction of Expansion joint, Sleeve is needed.
  • ②This model also is used for soundproofing.

  • ※2. Each expansion joint do not have complete airtightness.

Dustproof Jabara and Cover

1. Axle Cover

This protection cover is used for dustproof, vibration isolation, oil-proof, water-proof, and chemical-proof to drive axle, ball-thread. etc.

Air-release mesh window is available to release pressurized inside air due to expansion movement.
In the case there is possibility of sag at around middle position of the stroke, we install supporting guides as the following figure.

2. Protection cover of sliding face : C-shaped. Flat shape, etc.

This protection cover is used for dustproof, reducing adhesion of cutting lubricant, etc. on sliding face of machining tool, rail, drive axle, etc.

Due to operating conditions, we will present special model.

For instance :  Steel cover ; High temperature condition, prevention of damages by scattering chippings etc.
Take-up model ; Reduction of installation space.

3. P-P Seal

P-P Seal is sealing cover for entry protection of dust, foreign substance, rain water entry from clearance between building wall and piping.
Installation method depends on connection conditions between building wall and piping.
Installation of P-P seal with fastener is also available to existed building wall and piping.

4. Jabara and Cover for safety

This model is used to keep safe working place such as prevention of entangler or contact to driving axle, prevention of entry or falling to opening , prevention of hit to protuberance, protection of protuberance, prevention to splashing of cleaning water or chemical agents. We present suitable Jabara or Cover upon your requests.

5. Jabara for Collecting Trough

This jabara is used as Head race tube which track change of water level smoothly.

Structure of Jabara

Basic structures of Jabara are as follow ;

  • ①This model is basic one of Jabara. Any kinds of shapes are available, cylindrical-shaped, rectangular-shaped, and other odd-shaped ones.
  • ②Absorption of expansion, displacement, and slight-vibration is available.
  • ①This model can cover more absorption of expansion, displacement, and slight-vibration compared with Straight model.
  • ②This model is used mainly for Joint or cover for axle
    Due to the movement, we chose inside ring model or both sides model
  • ①This model can cover much more absorption of expansion, displacement, and slight-vibration compared with Straight model.
  • ②In order to avoid out of position of springs, they are fixed to body by sewing.
  • ③More contraction is available due to uneven ring-sewed model
This model can cover much less expansion compared with Ring - sewed model.
  • ①This model is used for connection of different sizes at each side.
  • ②In the case of adoption of Sewed model, eccentric movement is available.
Due to usage of zipper or Velcro, removal of Jabaro is available.
